Do I need to be home for my delivery?
No.  Place your tank in the secure location that you provided in the order and we’ll take care of the rest.

What are your delivery days?
At this time our delivery days are Monday-Friday.  If you are worried about running out over the weekend, please consider our backup plan.

How many tanks should I have at one time?
It is recommended that you have a tank for every outdoor appliance plus one backup.  If you have a BBQ grill and a patio heater, you should have three.  If you only have a BBQ grill, you should have two.  Having at least two tanks at a time is more cost effective with our two tank discount and you will always have a spare when you need it.  Just make sure to order a replacement as soon as one runs empty.

What time will I receive my delivery?
Because of our covered area and routing capabilities, we are unable to give a time window for deliveries.  We should be able to swap your tank within 24 hours of your order.  We start our deliveries early so make sure to place the tank out to swap after ordering.

How soon will I receive my delivery?
All orders placed before 5:00PM Pacific time will be received the following day.  All orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

Do I own the tank/s after I order them?
The propane tanks are the property of Tank Swappers.  The tanks may only be filled and serviced by Tank Swappers technicians according to the California tank container law.  All tanks must be returned when no longer needed.  Just contact us through this site and we will come and pick them up.

Will you accept any tank for a swap?
Sorry, we only accept and swap out tanks that belong to tank swappers.
